  • Outstanding! Great atmosphere and a fine glass of beer. I came down here from Michigan and having no shortage of breweries where I came from, I was thoroughly impressed. The guitars hanging on the wall asking you to play them (literally), as a guitar player, is an awesome concept that I took full advantage of along with a regular who took up an acoustic bass along side me at the bar. Bon fire burning outside and a fella cooking polish sausages and smoked pulled pork outside at an affordable price was really nice. Blue Blaze is not your run of the mill brew house in a booming craft beer industry but rather a refreshing retreat from the norm. They have their own mainstays on tap but also a good selection of primarily local guest taps as well,that rotate in and out. I will most definitely be going back!
