We made a purchase in-store 2 weeks ago and told to expect delivery this week. We phoned the store a week later for a status update and were told to expect a return call the next business day, but we received no calls.
We phoned the following Monday, only to be told we "didn't respond to the text message" sent Saturday. Apparently the text was sent to the wrong phone number, despite the correct number being entered on our purchase paperwork and left again over the phone. To add insult to injury, we were informed our options were to either wait another 2 weeks for delivery or arrange time off work for delivery this Thursday.
I chatted online with customer service on Monday morning and was told to expect a call from the delivery manager. Is it a surprise to find out it's Wednesday we have yet to receive a call?? Even better is the fact their website contact form sends error messages every time I use it.
With the definite exception of our salesman Rob at the store, this is abysmal customer service and if it wouldn't cause even more inconvenience, we would cancel our order. We will be certain to inform family and friends of our experience. HORRIBLE.
