  • I found a groupon for this company when my ac unit went down. After making calls throughout the day to inquire on the tech's eta, I was finally put off until the next day... After taking a day off of work and spending the entire day waiting for service. The following day, the tech (Rocky) showed up without so much as a call. He seemed very angry that he had to be working. After examining my unit, he told me he would go check his van for a part, and promptly disappeared. I received no communication from him or the company about an eta for the fix. The following day, he showed up again, cursing, and blaming me for lack of maintenance and having an older unit. "This f#%£ing thing is 30 years old! You're f#%€ing lucky that I even came out here." When the unit itself can be no older than 2000. After a week, they finally had me up, but for the love of all that is holy... Stay away from this company! They are the most horrible human beings that I have ever met. I wouldn't wish them upon my worst enemies. I can't imagine them keeping their heads above water at this rate. Go back to Boston! Maybe people on the east coast are used to this level of disrespect.
