rev:text	The sign on the building reads Village Paws and Claws so I wasn't sure I had the right place. Check in was ok. Met groomer and discussed what I wanted. Forgot to ask price so when they told me $45 I thought was pricey for an 8lb dog but she needed nails and major trimming - slightly matted on her belly area and she is squirmy. Also our first time so I said ok. I picked her up 2 hours later and even though they had called ME to say she was ready- it took a while for them to bring her out. I heard my dog screech so I figured maybe they were trying to put a bandana on her. I yelled back to them not to worry about that ( if that's what was going on) cause my dog hates that kind of stuff. When they brought her out she looked really cute. Nice trim and little bows in her hair and I thought pretty good job. Then I got home and tried to get those awful bows out. Had to cut them out cause her fur was all tangled in them. Maybe that's why she screeched ? Also, she was behaving very strangely .....wouldn't play ball or walk outside. I thought well maybe her paws feel funny cause her nails are short. A day later she keeps sitting down and trying to get at her backside - seems very uncomfortable and not herself at all. The groomer told me she took care of the anal glands but I never asked for that ( we have the vet check that at visits) and I'm wondering if they hurt my dog? Nails are sharp and not filed. I won't go back...too bad cause they did seem like nice folks.
