  • This hotel is ghetto as fuck. Also, their staff don't know their own hotel's hours for anything - restaurants, pools, shows etc. I was told by 3 different people directions to the pool without any one of them telling me it was closed. What a waste of my time! The front desk is rude and unintelligent and unprofessional, not knowing their own mgm card and aaa discounts. I had to tell them what % is was! They get two stars because their valet, tho it sucks, they don't expect a tip for their shitty service, and nothing ever got stolen. Also their rooms are clean and bug free if u need a quick place to stay during the week. But don't expect anything from the workers. Pigs are smarter than these people!
