  • I am going to respond to each response comment you made. First, I did not change anything- (RE: what really happened.) I am sorry you feel on the defensive. 1. This was not my first visit to your shop as you stated it was My second (2nd). If too much for you to handle why did you not tell me go somewhere else when I picked my dog up at the end of the first visit. The first time yes ,yes, yes , I did inform you of what I know she hates her nails done. (Terrible Client) really? As far as her grooming-It has been my experience that NOT All shops have flat faced muzzles and if they do- not in her size. The long nosed basket muzzle will not fit a French bulldog or English bulldog. Therefore, I brought her muzzle In case, YOU needed it. It is her size and fits her. I saw a wall rack way in the back on that 2nd visit full of muzzles couldn't see if you had any short nosed muzzles. Why do you have those muzzles? Is it because not every animal you groom is perfect and never acts up? I also brought in her shampoo, (again terrible client) why did I bring it in? I informed you because my Bulldog has extreme allergies. I give her 1 shot every week and the some hypoallergenic shampoos she has had allergic reactions to ( told you I was bringing it and why ) (Again Terrible client) 2. I NEVER TOLD YOU or any person that anyone had to hold my dog down for anything. I said, "She doesn't like her nails trimmed" that is all I said. Obviously, your idea of holding down anyone is to lie on top of him or her or two people sitting on him or her. I know you do not let the dogs run free as your clipping their nails. Get real. If the dog is nervous or upset all the other shops have a second person gently hold the dogs head and pet them as they get their nails trimmed. Moreover, they are on a grooming table with a slip leash on right. I'd hope you care about the safety of the pets your grooming, as to not cut them or clip into the quick. 3. I chose to stay but you thought you would discourage me from staying if you told me it would be $20.00 extra and when I said GOOD. You face told me it all. LOL Did you explain that my appointment was NOW an express groom. Did you tell me what a express groom is? No, you did not. You made it very clear "only saying if you stay it will be $20.00 more...." Nothing else exited your mouth. 3. Shouldn't matter if I pop in and out. I'm sure anyone can walk in not just me the doors are not locked. I have watched my dog get groomed since she's been 4 months old. I told you when I arrived I will be around and shopping. You said nothing, and since you require a calm stress free environment. (Your bad) Again, you told me nothing about me hanging around and or when I told you I would be shopping. You stated " I could only trim one toe nail. I said OKKKKKKK. Before you told me this you were just getting her out of the tub, in the crate then you walked over to inform me no anal gland and no nails trimmed.( I said OKKKKKKK. ) I stood there for all the rest... watching... watching....You only washed her and I walked back in to see you getting her out of tub...SHE DIDN'T SEE ME YET AND went STRAIGHT INTO A METAL CRATE. You stood there just looking at her in the crate since you did not have any other client you were working on. Then you sat on the floor right at the crate looking at her. 4. I'm not a idiot that does not understand you didn't hand blow dry her. She never gets hand blow dried. I understand she will be in a crate with air to dry her... BUT SHE WASN'T DRY....NOT DRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. YOU EVEN TOL ME WHEN YOU HANDED ME THE DAM LEASH BACK. In addition, everyone knows you do not brush out any dog when they are wet. Pet owners know ok..... We are not dumb. So, in your grooming salon - express groom means= wash the dog half dry and that is it? I DIDN'T WANT EXPRESS ANYTHING , I NEVER ASKED FOR EXPRESS, I ASKED FOR THE BASIC WASH, WHICH INCLUDES EAR WASH, ANAL GLANDS INCLUDED UNPON REQUEST, NAIL TRIM, WASH , DRY, BRUSH-OUT. IT HAS YOUR SERVICES ON YOUR WALL. I NEVER SAID I WAS HURRY. I WAS NOT A DROP IN CLIENT EITHER. I MADE A APPOINTMENT. You have no seats for clients to sit on, which would keep pet owners out of the view of their pets, if this is an issue. Hate to tell but life is not easy, so if you want only easy grooms then clearly state no scared dogs, no nervous dogs, and no dogs that hate any grooming procedures allowed I am just a customer, so who cares anyway.
