WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove from Surprise because a relative raved about this place. I walk in and was greeted by a super friendly receptionist. I told her I want acrylics with regular polish and go to pick my color. As I compare a couple of colors, the lady that was available to do my nails yells at me to come over. I rush and pick a color and head over. She asked twice if I wanted gel.. I told her no thank you. The 3rd time she told me gel is better and my nail polish would chip so I should get gel. I told her, "I don't like the gel, I'm sorry." She then asks why I don't like it. I tried to explain why and she angrily cut me off to tell me not to say sorry and that she just wanted to know why I didn't want gel. I am not confrontational, but I just wanted to relax and not have to keep saying no or agreeing to something I didn't want. She answered 2 phone calls.. (She was much more pleasant with the person on the phone.) She didn't bother to do my cuticles, but used a nail drill on my them. The only time she was nice to me was when she was shaping my nails and asked if the length and shape was ok. I smiled and said yes. At this point, I just want to get out of her chair. When she finished, she told me there wasn't a spot to dry my nails and yelled at me to relax my fingers. (She was done and I was just sitting there under a desk lamp while sat across from me texting.) I was nervous to move my hands in fear of smudging, but I relaxed them. I cringed as I accidentally smudged an edge just as customer walked in. She told me to move to the empty nail drying station. (I don't know why she didn't move me prior to this.) I nervously said, "Sure... I'm so sorry I smudged an edge of my nail." She snapped at me that she told me to be careful and reluctantly polished just the spot where it was smudged. Worst customer service ever. Never going back!
