From the minute you walk into Insight Eyecare, you feel valued. The front desk staff are very friendly and attentive, which is so important, since these people give you a first and last impression of an office. The practice is busy (always a good sign), but appointments are not triple booked, so you never have to wait too long. The tech is thorough and streamlines the appointment. When you are seen by Dr. Steed, he takes his time, answers questions and never seems to be trying to hustle you out the door.
Perhaps my favorite part of being a patient here, is that I have never felt pressure to purchase products or see a specialist unnecessarily. Dr. Steed makes recommendations but leaves the choice to his patient, as all good providers should. Because my reading glasses are from 1999, I decided an upgrade was in order. Scott (?) was really helpful in helping me pick out new frames. Great experience all around. This is my second year seeing Dr. Steed and I plan to be a patient for many years to come.
