I was referred to this company through Choice Home Warranty. I called on a Friday and they could not come out until Saturday. As a result, I hired another guy to diagnose the problem and tell me the part(s) needed.
I called Just Better Air conditioning THREE (3) times to let them know the part number of the motor, etc. that would be needed to repair the unit and I "CONFIRMED" with the receptionist that she would tell and had told their technician. Their technician showed up on Saturday WITHOUT THE PART and said it would be Monday or Tuesday before he could be back with the appropriate part.
It's Phoenix and it's hot and we needed the unit fixed ASAP. I had to hire another company to come out Saturday afternoon to fix it (they had the part).
NO EXCUSE! These people had the name of the part and the time to order it -- they simply didn't care.
