  • I spent over $500 in stair treads and risers. I then went to lowes for a stair measuring tool that online stated would arrive by 1/21. after ordering and paying for the item, I checked my receipt and saw it wouldnt be delivered until 1/28 (which was unacceptable due to plans and timing of when the stair prohect was to be done). customer service told me "well you cant trust the website". what kind of large business has a website with invalid information?! then the assistant manager called and assured me the tool would arrive by 1/21 so i paid for the tool thinking it would arrive in time. it is now 1/22 and the tool is not here. i now will be shopping at home depot. glad i waited to buy a table saw so I can give my money to home depot rather than a poorly run business like lowes
