  • I am so sad to have to give this place two stars, because it is really only because of one person. I live very close by and frequent the shops around this place a lot. I came here one morning with my boyfriend and he got the hungry man and I had a yogurt. The food was wonderful; we sat outside and had a really nice breakfast together. Needless to say if this was my only experience with them they would have 5 stars, but unfortunately it was not. I ordered food TOGO on a Sunday morning, which I am not naive to the fact that places are busy on Sunday morning especially around the time that I ordered. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who took my order and confirmed my wait time to be between 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived around 20 minutes later to pay for my food. While in line I could not notice the way the barista was speaking to some of the customers. I get that this is a new day and people are allowed to have opinions and market themselves however these seem fit, however I would hope this coffee shop doesn't not want to be represented they way this woman carried herself. I paid for my TOGO and she did not say one word to me, like "let me check on that" or "let me see how much longer." But hey, it was a Sunday morning like I said before so maybe she was so busy she did not have the time to give a thought to my order. Fine. I'll let that slide. I stood in that coffee shop for another 30 minutes before I finally said something to her, and asked her about my food. She responded that they had a lot of TO GO orders and my was being boxed up next. Fine, again I just wanted my food. Another 15 minutes goes by and more food comes out of that window, none of which are mine. So again I asked her, "so, clearly mine was not the next to get boxed, could you check to see how much longer? I just don't want to be lied to about my food order." She gave me the worst attitude ever because I must have inconvenienced her that my food was not out yet after I have waited by this time an hour for my breakfast. The real person that should be upset was me. Although her nasty attitude and belittling comments really took a turn when she felt the need to bring me my food and as I walked up to her she walked right past me as if that food wasn't mine, went to the little bar they have in there to get me a spoon turned around to then give me my food. An immature game played by a women that needed to make herself feel better on what must have been a tough day for her. I hope that your future is filled with better days so she can have a better attitude towards life.
