| - DON'T RISK SCRATCHING YOUR CAR!
I went in to this car wash, as I do regularly because I have a monthly pass. I went through the car wash, and when I came out on the other side, I parked my car and used the restroom. When I came back I began to wipe the spots off my car and spray it with the air hose. When I made it to the drivers side, I noticed a gash next to my door handle, went to get the manager and when we came back I saw that there was not just one gash, but a series of scratches stretching from my driver door to my taillight. He said he would go and look at the tunnel and the cameras after assuring me that there is no possible way that their system could have scratched my car. I then assured him that yes, no matter what system you have, there is a chance of scratching a car, I have worked in one before and my family also owns one; it happens. He came back to tell me that there was not a scratch on the car in the cameras to what I responded, "your cameras must be fuzzy then." We looked at them and sure enough, the scratch was not visible, but the cameras were not crystal clear either. The final conclusion was that he said it was not his fault and therefore will not pay for it. Pretty upsetting when you know that you did not scratch your own car nor did anyone else other than the car wash. I have had this car for 7 weeks, don't even have the plates on it, and I take extremely good care of my car. Why should I pay thousands to have my car fixed? It was a pretty large and deep scratch. If you have a new and expensive car, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. I would hate to see this happen to another Mercedes, BMW or any other car of that matter.
