  • Manager Joseph and staff made a very frustrated difficult customer happy. I was that customer and was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation. I purchase our company supplies through Office Max and will continue to drive past a Staples to do so due to this stores efforts who did not know how much money our office spends there. Nice job staff... thanks
