Actual job ended up costing WAY more than the "per sq ft" price advertised there with things like subflooring/ padding for under the wood, etc. Parents had wood Pergo placed in kitchen, living, dining, family room, hall and bedroom. Ended up costing $8000! My Mom nearly fainted and so the manager tried to help with any sales going on, but the price still was over $6000. Then they scheduled and did not have all the stuff and so her house was ripped up for almost 3 weeks for the molding to arrive. LOWES did not have all the stuff and is apparently scattered all over different LOWES. Then we paid for someone to move the furniture and Lowes charges $45 per room but when we spoke with the guy moving all this stuff he says Lowes gives him $10 per room! Are you kidding me??? Lowes making a profit off this! So much for supporting the Carolinas, LOWES! Not cool! Why is LOWES profitting off this labor cost! GRRRR!
