  • Awesome service. Needed to get the rear shocks replaced on my 2011 Jeep Patriot. Called the dealership and sent messages to several mechanics on Yelp. Got an immediate reply from Carter that he was trying to locate the part, then a follow up call with the final estimate. The estimate was 50% cheaper than the dealer and beat all the other yelp competitors. The estimate was so low, that I requested an estimate for the front struts and a tune-up, which also came in low. Then the unspeakable happened, Carter asked me when I wanted to get my car fixed and where. Say what now? It took me a minute to figure out what he was even asking since I was used to taking my car to the dealer first thing in the morning and leaving it all day. So I went out on a limb and asked him if he could fix the Jeep tomorrow at my house. Carter said no problem and sent someone out. Got a call the next day from Chad, said he was on his way. Chad arrived on time, was professional, and fixed the problem. And the price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. I highly recommend this service.
