  • Stewart title company Biltmore office did not do their job properly. I lost my deposit money of $7500 and the real estate deal. Kate Finnegan dropped the ball when it came to Notification to both parties about deposit deadlines. Jason Privette and Rich Newton who are the managers admitted the mistake and still refused to release my deposit. It has been over one year and still my money has not been returned and I guess never will. Never do business with this title company. If your real estate broker says to use this company run don't walk. You will get burned. My broker feels so bad that they are going to reimburse what I lost in my next deal I do. This company is clueless and their Franchise should be revoked! Always thought a title company operated in a professional way with ethics but not this one. Scary that they still have a license.
