  • After hearing positive feedback from a very good friend, I choose to go with Master Garage Door and I would choose to go with them anytime in the future again! When I called, the lady in the office was very nice and assured me that I would receive only the best service, and I did indeed! Our garage door needed new springs. We've had the springs replaced once before and I was never satisfied with the service. The technician came out, dressed in company attire and with a company truck, which reassured me that I made the right choice. He was extremely knowledgeable and replaced not only both springs, but also completed a full tune up and lubrication of the door, something the previous technicians had never done (not to mention the tune and lube was for free!!). I truly felt the technician was professional, friendly, honest, and fair in their pricing and work. Our experience with them was very positive, and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired!!
