  • I am a fan of Banner overall. I think that they are well organized and every Banner facility I've visited has followed a similar protocol so I appreciate that they are very consistent. I also like that their billing is very streamlined and you don't end up getting 20 different bills following a procedure in one of their hospitals. All of that being said, I'm not really impressed with this particular location. It takes FOREVER to get an appointment there, which doesn't make sense. I don't expect to be seen same day - I mean, that's a nice service if its available but doesn't have to be the norm..But it seems really ridiculous that you can't get an appointment for 3 weeks or, in some cases, months at this place. Every time I drive by the parking lot is basically empty so I am not sure what is happening inside of the building that is keeping them so busy. I do like the dr that I saw and found him to be responsive and pro-active with my issues. It is just unfortunate that, if I have an issue, I can't get back into see him for months by which time that issue could turn into something really serious. I am not sure if it is just a front desk issue (as others have mentioned, they really don't appear to love their jobs there, that is for sure..) or a doctor issue, but the scheduling alone is enough to make this a place that people should probably avoid.
