  • I had an amazing experience at this Pep Boys. I went in on a Thursday evening asking about a replacement for my front brakes. It was late and they requested I make an appointment and come back in the morning. I was assured that my appointment would be taken before any walk in and I secured the first appointment for the day. Wow- the early morning team at this Pep Boys were super friendly and willing to explain every detail of replacing my brakes to me. I enjoyed the experience really. The seating area was nice and well lit. They offered coffee with actually edible creamers and sugar, even the bathroom was wonderfully clean. The whole experience was completed within and hour and I left out with time to spare before work and with fresh front brakes. I received a mail in rebate and a warranty on the pads... I look forward to making this location my go to guys.
