  • When I got there I had to wait 45 mins when I had an appointment! The first girl that came in to take my blood poked my 3 times I 3 different place and missed every time than left me with a hot pad to 'try' to get my vein to the surface but before she could try again luckily someone else came in and got it in one try. THAN I had to leave a urine sample but I got a call the next day that they LOST IT!! Seriously now I have to go back and wait again just to pee in a cup! Ridiculous!! Will not be returning to this location ever again!!
