  • Very disappointed with this office and my most recent experience!!! Brought my dog in for a recurring ear infection-followed their advise and have had her on a limited ingredient Salmon and Sweet Potato diet for years-to no avail (spending approximately $60.00 a month just on her food). I've brought her in for numerous ear cleanings to the tune of several hundred dollars each time. Recently I lost my voice due to a vocal disorder and consequently lost my job so I explained I had very limited funds but was concerned about her one ear which was tender and had black buildup and a rather severe ear infection. The guy there indicated they would need to do a "deep cleaning" and put her to sleep which resulted in 2 visits and roughly $400.00. This was bad enough but when I got her home she still had a very active ear infection. They DID NOT fix the issue but were happy to take my money. I called the office and spoke to Amber and said that I would like the issue either 1. to be fixed or 2. reimbursed since I paid for nothing-the procedure did not fix the issue and drained what little savings I had. She said they will NOT accommodate a refund-I could bring in my dog for a "consultation" but there would be further costs after that. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE- Please don't take my money unless you plan to fix the issue!!! Terrible customer service.
