  • Walked in because my dog had a wound on his nose that has been bleeding profusely all day off and on. Today is Tuesday and the young lady up front told me that she couldn't see me until Friday morning unless it was on an emergency visit basis taking the rate from 45 to 119 dollars. I asked if she or the doctor could recommend a way I could bandage his nose as I was at a loss trying several methods. Her response was unfortunately without seeing him I can not tell you how to do this or recommend any options. So they have time for me at 2.5 x the rate, but can't give me a suggestion on how to slow the problem until he can be seen. I thought vets are supposed to care about the animals and helping them. Apparently this facility only cares about money. Vets like this make me sick. I get this isn't a charity and they have to make their money. I have no problem with that and if they simply would have just helped me a little I would have brought both my dogs there in the future as they are so close to my house. At this point I wouldn't step foot back in that place.
