Good price (with free buffet if you can stand in long lines daily) and friendly staff. Good for the budget traveler--you'll get a good sized room that is clean and cool. The downside is that the rooms (at least the one we were in) need renovating--leaky faucets, stained carpets, crooked drawers in dresser. There was no refrigerator (so sad when I had leftovers of the most awesome steak ever), no coffee maker (I guess because Sambalate, Starbucks, and McD's were on the premises), and the in-room safe required payment.
Be aware that you will stand in extremely long lines during check-in and check-out hours (try to use express check-out) and the elevators are backed up during these times, as well (we waited 15 minutes and decided to catch the elevators going up to come down).
