  • I know my review won't really matter considering they only have 3 reviews on here. Let Me just start off by saying I only knew about this place because my bf and his friends come here all the time. I'm just shocked how they treat there customers. I got my car battery from here less than a year ago & it already died out so which means they probably gave me a used battery... It's been a week and a half I've been trying to call and get a hold of them. Came here twice during business hours and the gates were locked. Finally spoke w Angel's wife in person . I told her my situation & she took down my # and said Angel would call me. Week went by and still couldn't get a hold of them or neither did they call me back. For the past week I've been driving my car while it shuts down on me out of no where, totally not safe! I finally got a hold of some guy think his name was A.J he said they will be there at 9am .. I worked graveyard and came to the shop right away and still was not open. There was another guy waiting as well and he was complaining how they have bad service. I waited at least 2 hours.. And just went to auto zone & spent $110 when I should've just got my battery for free at wynn auto BC of the warranty.. I'm very disappointed and they make up there own hours & never answer the phones. Save the headache & pay a little more somewhere else where they actually open on time & reply back to your calls. I will NEVER take my car or recommend anyone coming here.. My bf is pissed considering he has been taking all his cars & his friends cars here for years, they definitely played us.. Now there gonna lose good customers BC of bad business... Smh
