  • You order balloons for a special occasion and end up disappointed. When you arrive for pick up balloons have already been deflated and needed to be refilled. You shouldn't get home and they've gone flat. Return to the store after calling and they want to re-inflate the balloons for a third time that must've had a small hole or leak instead of fully blown new ones. As a courtesy for having to have to go back they should have just replaced them instead of giving us a hard time.
