  • Zen Metro has a gem in Kate, their brow expert. She's great at pulling the natural contour out of any brow and developing a brow plan for each individual. That being said, she's the only reason I go. Reception is extremely difficult to work with. I've left 5+ messages in the past, and have never had any of them returned. Parking in the area is difficult (make sure to budget 10 minutes+ to find a spot). I knew I would be late to my last appointment, so called four times to try and move it; I was put on hold four times for 5-10 minutes to the point where I couldn't stay on the line while at work. When I finally got there, the receptionist was on the phone for six minutes and ignored me. Then, she didn't ask my name, told me to sit down, and after ten more minutes Kate came upstairs, very confused why her appointment from 20 minutes ago wasn't there. My appointment was then rushed because no one had notified her of my arrival. When I wanted to pay, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes again. Guys, get a second person on the desk for Saturdays!
