  • After winning a free (that's right, FREE!) hair cut + colour while at Punk Rock Bingo Night at Ship & Anchor, I immediately booked an appointment. Located right downtown, around 5th St and 11th Ave, the salon is on the ground-level floor of an old charming brick building. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me a tea. I noticed how the space offered heaps of light from the big windows, and everything was clean and very well-organized. I was in great hands with Crystelle, who fulfilled my request for lightening up some highlights and chopping off an inch or so of my hair. The result was better than I had even imagined, I was so pleased! Definitely would return here again. The free gift card giveaway is a great way to promote services, and really worked in my experience since I have a new fave salon!
