  • Rip Off. If your appliance is out of warranty, they will try to sell you more than you need. Busted handle on a built in microwave. Handle IS available. Told my mother she would have to buy a whole new DOOR...$400!!! We contacted Whirlpool, and got a MUCH DIFFERENT and much happier result. Stay clear if your appliance warranty runs out. Their guys must be getting a commission!
