  • The Staff and Security was very rude My family and i just got out of the cleveland Indians game on July 6,2013 that evening walked around town as a tourist and with it being our first time in downtown and was looking for a bathroom and Every single business was closed until we came across the Liquid. Their was No sign on the front door Security kicked us out for trying to find the bathrooms and refused to let us even use the bathrooms Which is so sad to see someone local that is a Tourist in downtown Cleveland have this happen to them. What so ever i would not recommend this place at all. The management does not care about customer feedback,etc. This Business is not friendly at all. So after being kicked out for using the bathrooms we had to find another business instead had to wait until we got up to tower city but on the down side they were closing up with no bathrooms. Its Sad to see Not one business in or around Cleveland would let us use the bathroom. What a Good way for someone playing tourist for a day to feel welcome in Downtown cleveland...
