  • They got me an appt pretty quickly, and when I arrived, they called me on time. The first person I saw, who takes your vitals, was very nice and quite competent. Then I sat for a long time waiting for the doctor. Thru the door, I heard them wondering where the doctor was! But when she showed up, it was worth the wait - she was excellent. Unfortunately after that, things went downhill fast. I was supposed to have a 2-week follow-up visit, which the staff was unable to book, since the doctor was new and was not yet in their computer. Have you heard of this new thing? It's called a PENCIL & PAPER. Then when I dropped off my prescriptions later, Walgreens called to say they had left the dosage off one of them. Walgreens & I have called them several times, but it is now 5 days later and they still have not bothered to call Walgreens back with the dosage. When you call their office, you are on hold for a LONG time. Their office staff are not good.
