  • I love shopping at Nordstrom... the customer service and policies are just a notch above other retailers. This store is much like others beautiful, clean, and a simple floor plan with directives at the base of each escalator. Anytime I have needed help at this location it's been a good experience. Namely, I was searching for some jewelry for my wedding rehearsal dinner and day-of. The woman behind the counter was so extremely patient and kind as I tried on earring after earring. She also gave me great advice. I love each piece I bought. Most recently, I went in looking for kids Ray Bans - unfortunately they don't carry them. But the women who helped me ran a search on the computer first and tried to help me find something that would have fit better, if not the same. I will always be a Nordstrom shopper!
