  • Well, we submitted an online application after we already got approved at another LEXUS dealership through LFS, WITH ZERO MONEY DOWN. At first, they wanted us to put 2,000.00 down to quote "etc a better deal" on a vehicle that costed less than the one we were looking to prior. We were in the process of making arrangements to come down to have our vehicle appraised and we get a phone call back from the sales manager giving us the ultimatum of 2,000.00 down or we don't move forward and do anything else...well...okay? No thanks. We've bought many cars from Penske dealerships but this one does not live up to expectations. Oh and the cherry on top was the manager telling us "good luck" never again.
