  • I called them to work on my AC when it stopped working last week. A technician came in the afternoon and looked at the unit. He needed to go pick up a part but he asked that I pay the service fee of $69.00 before he left. He returned to with the part a few hours later and installed it. He then handed me the bill and he charged me a second time with a service fee and the part itself. I called there office to complain and they said they would look into it and call me back which they never did.
