I came here needing pool supplies especially after the Fall season (2011) blew a lot of leaves and debris in my pool. So I visited this store after going to Petsmart and the counter was empty. No one around to help and the cashier at the front of the store didn't know what I needed. But then this dude with a missing or chipped tooth comes walking in with Panda Express and goes behind the counter. I was like heyyyyy, can you help?
I don't know if he's their actual technician but he was knowledgable with all the pool questions I had for him. The only thing that he tripped up on was my question about the two holes in my skimmer. One is plugged with concrete and he didn't know why or suggested tha I remove the lose rocks/gravel inside it. It's supposed to be plugged because there's no use for it.
But the store had differen set of pumps and I wanted to question his knowledge about those too and so I acted dumb and asked noobie questions. He answered them all to the best of my knowledge. I was satisfied enough to purchase the supplies I needed. When I asked for the pool cover he failed to mention the rebate you can get from the district website.
There's a rebate you can get off the Water Districts website for 1/2 or up to $50 off for a pool cover!
An A-Okay place to buy your pool supplie needs! (:
