  • I took a pair of boots here because I needed a custom insole made. I was told what they would do and that it would take about a week. After no response a week later and checking back several times over the next 3 weeks and every time being told that it would "only take a couple more days" I finally got my boots back with nothing done to them at all. I was given a pair of stock leather inserts and told that she had done work underneath the leather mid-sole. This is impossible to do without destroying the integrity of the boot's structure and she took advantage of my lack of understanding. I was lied to about what was done - which was nothing - and had to wait 3 weeks for a pair of leather inserts that I could've gotten anywhere and charged for something which was different than what I was initially told would happen. I would recommend that one stay away from this place because of their lack of integrity, and to take your business elsewhere.
