For what Arizona can offer, I'm in approval of Lee Lee International Supermarket. It's hard to find cheap seafood around the valley, and Lee Lee International Supermarket happens to have a real seafood department where fish are still alive. No, I'm not just talking about the lobsters you find in American grocery stores. I'm talking actual varieties of fish.
That being said, the place smells like fish, which can be offputting to some customers. But once you get past that, there's a lot that this grocery store has to offer. Like more variety of produce, and cheaper produce than other grocery stores. The Vietnamese restaurant in the front left of the store is useful for grabbing some quick French inspired Vietnamese food, and the one up from it serves some delicious quick Taiwanese/American bites.
I would come here more often if I moved to the west valley, which could be happening should I choose to remain in Arizona in the next few months. We shall see!
