  • I've had my oil changed here for several years now, as well as the major scheduled service intervals. Overall this place is just ok. They're a little slow to get to you when you pull up, and many of their service advisors seem to know nothing about cars. The old pickup process involved getting your keys from the cashiers but now you have to remember your service advisor and track them down (hopefully s/he is not on lunch or helping a high maintenance customer at the time) to get your keys. Waiting area is not bad but could use a few extra chairs when things are busier in the winter months.
