This place was recommended to me by a cutie Viet girl working at Wa bar. I tried it out the next day and, although it didn't disappoint, I must admit that I have had better Pho in SoCal. I was expecting more. The noodles were not as fresh and the broth not as beefy as I was accustomed to at my favorite places in the OC and LA.
Its basically a hole-in-the wall place, which is fine. Doesn't have to be fancy. But it does distract from meal a bit. Still, a decent place to come on a cold day in Toronto.
