Paris staff was unresponsive to our needs as a hotel guest for two of our five nights. For two nights the sound check and grand opening of the Chateau outdoor nightclub at the Paris shook our room until 2 am our first night and then till 4:15 am our last night. Our room, 598P literally felt as if we had a private room inside the club. The Bass literally pounded our internal organs. Couple our inability to sleep with the complaints of a tired and angry girlfriend, and you may imagine the pain I felt until 4:30 am
Repeated calls to the front desk and night manager did us not good. We have repeatedly left messages for William East, the Operations Manager, even requesting to meet with him prior to our departure. Guess what,...No response for three days now and counting.
The night manager broke down on my third call to the desk to admit that he had received 75- 100 complaints about the music. If you desire getting to bed prior to 4:30 am, do not stay here or at least ask for a room that is on the backside of the hotel, far away from the swimming pool. I have been to LV about 20 times in my life, this being my first stay with the Paris. I do not advise staying here. Also another note...The layout of the area between the front desk lobby and room elevators was not well thought out. It is almost always congested and one continually feels like a salmon fighting upstream in both leaving and getting to the elevators. Many better options available for staying in Vegas. Mon ami Gabi and Sugar Factory were Great, the hotel however.....please stay elsewhere.
