I would've rated this four stars for service, but the sales dropped it down to two stars. I had my car repaired. The service people were great, and I was surprised at how great of an experience it was.
Since then, I've received a half dozen calls and a few emails from one sales person who keeps asking if I want to buy anything, because I "inquired." I didn't inquire about anything. Instead, I spent $700 and a week car-less to have my car fixed. I answered one call and forcefully said that I did not inquire and that I had my car fixed and am not interested in purchasing.
However, I still get called/emailed. This salesperson is aware of what he is doing. The last voicemail he left started with "not to be a thorn in your side..." These kind of sales tactics are distasteful and feel almost like harassment.
Moral of the story? Get your car fixed here, but I can't imagine the hassle you'd get if you were actually looking to buy a car!
