Still an ugly situation with CVS. They sent me a canned letter "apologizing" for the problem. It took them over a month to respond. Walhgreens are much nicer stores anyway!
Update 4/13/11: a supervisor from CVS actually called me to lecture me on their "extra care" card and that it really isn't extra care it's just a way for CVS to spam you with offers. No apology. No request to give them another chance. Think about it . . . every other store that I go to with a "preferred/extra care/etc" card actually tries to help their customers. CVS will give you the finger. CVS IS LESS THAN ZERO!!!
