A great bar to stop into when you're at the Cosmo or just down on this end of the Strip. Three floors gives you lots of room, but it can get crowded. Ground floor is best for meeting people and people watching. Upper floors are quieter and better for conversation.
The service is always great. The footprint of the bar isn't that big, so even if there's only one server per floor, you get good service.
The bartenders are true mixologists, and the drinks are amazing. The only downside is that the 2nd round may taste different than the first if different people made them. NO FOOD AVAILABLE. I point this out because these aren't watered down, they are real cocktails and they pack a punch.
All in all, a great place to start or end an evening.
