rev:text	There's been many issues as far as things that should've been fixed prior to move in but today really took the cake! A notice was placed between my door this morning that I had a package to pick up that was actually there 2 days prior to being given a notice that they will send it back if it is not picked up by the next day, when I called 5 minutes later on my way to work, after 3 attempts a lady picked up, said helloooo and hung up on me...when I went to call back no one picked up after purposely which is pretty rude and unprofessional especially towards tenants who pay rent on time therefore packages should be notified to tenants in a timely manner and upon arrival not 3 days later. 2. It's very dark in this community which actually lurs theft and vandalism to happen. It is so dark you can barely see the faces of people walking around which makes it much more creepy. I just moved from another state and was really not aware of how dark and sketchy looking this complex is at night. All the lights are a very dim orange when it should be lights bright enough to see faces and know who is around the complex especially when I see other complexes with the appropriate lighting. Our rent money should go towards these necessary precautions as residents. 3.The heat doesn't take in the apt well because there are draft areas where the cold seeps in such as the front doors and windows which means be prepared to buy weather seal strips or expect your electricity to go up to 200 dollars within less than 2 months of living here! The layout is nice but there are areas where I saw flaws once I changed the lights in the apartment to day light bulbs, tub needed to be repainted, there's a hole behind my bedroom door that looks like they just painted over it because it's soft to the point that if I poked my finger through the hole it would exist again. I have taken pictures of everything just in case I'm accused of these discrepancies. At this point as a female I don't feel very safe here and I most likely won't renew my lease once it is up which is unfortunate because it's a nice place but it's not as well kept as advertised! These apartments are well painted lemons.
