I am giving OnTrac a generous rating, with the hope that someone in charge will read this and take the necessary steps toward making some positive changes in this company. I have had three separate deliveries from OnTrac during the past year, via regular business with Newegg. The most recent delivery having never been delivered was the final blunder which forced my hand, causing me to contact Newegg and have them put a block on my account with them to ensure that OnTrac no longer be allowed to deliver their products to my home. The good news is that OnTrac accepted responsibility for the mishap and I am now getting the product reimbursed and reordered. OnTrac made a good faith effort to correct the error. If anybody from this company reads my review, all I ask is that going forward you please train your drivers to be more attentive to their deliveries. Double check your addresses, MAKE SURE that you knock and ring the doorbell when you drop off a package, especially if delivering at night. Do NOT just throw a package onto a customer's porch and run off back to your truck! People track their packages and eagerly await them. Word of mouth travels fast and so do Yelp reviews. If better service and training means paying your drivers more, then do so. I know you can do it, OnTrac.
