Atrocious customer service.
We've been waiting for two orders for about a month now. When we placed the orders, everything we bought was listed as "in stock." It wasn't until a week after the order was placed that we received an email that order was on hold. When I called to figure out what this meant, they informed me that a bunch of the stuff I ordered was not in stock and that I'd have to wait "a couple" weeks before it ships. For this inconvenience the reps were unapologetic, which is pretty crazy. On top of this, the response time for emails etc. is insanely slow.
With so many equipment providers, don't waste your time with MD.
