  • Having moved here from a city that had excellent pho everywhere, I've had a hard time finding anything close to excellent. Pho Van overall is quite good. Both the crispy and fresh rolls were some of the best that I've had in Pittsburgh. The pho broth is a little weak and left me wishing it had been a bit more rounded out, but it's the best that I've found so far around here. Would definitely come back.
