  • Don't be fooled by reviews. These guys treated me like I'm some kind of criminal. A few years ago my identity was stolen. I wanted to start my collection so I figured Id come here since they got great reviews. They said come back in 3 days and I did but was denied. Two guys in the counter including the owner himself all of a sudden started acting weird and like you'll probably never gonna get a gun and by the way the $300 you put down, we have to take 10% of that just for checking you and since you failed there's a fee. WTF?!! Anyways 3 months have past and guess what? Not only did I get a UPIN from the FBI but I don't have to wait for 3 days like everyone else and I get instant approval. I now go to a private dealer who works with 1 on 1 and actually knows how to treat you. I've now own 2 AR rifles 2 shotguns and 2 handguns. I'm still adding more to my collection and I'm glad I never bought anything from these guys. It was worth the $30 they stole from me cause I was denied who the crap does that. People buy from private dealers and you will always get better deals. Always. These guys have little guy issues will only speak to you when they know you have money. Very judgemental and totally doesn't know the meaning of CTR. I will never ever recommend anyone here and if you wanna be sure where to purchase, always go private. I am now happy with my collections and yes I'm a real person not like people below who are probably family members or were given discounts for their purchase. Hopefully they change there attitude but until then, they're lucky they got a 1 star. Zero stars for me. Zero! Lastly to CTR guns don't judge people that come to your store. You never know the guy that walks in might boost your sales a little. Charge me $30 for denial really?! What you have to say with my UPIN now I got from the FBI? What?! I forgive you guys though cause you don't know any better and you've got a lot to learn about running a business and most of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not stop here I'll go to BBB as well. Have a great day and make sure you choose the right correctly. I mean that's the name of the store isn't it?!
