Very very disappointed with the customer service yesterday. We were in line for the movie ticket to get a better seats. The system went down. We drove all the way from the north side to watch a filipino movie ( Dalawang mrs. Reyes 4:40p show time). People are pissed off already because they couldn't get an answer to how long it will take. They said all the systems are down & don't know how long it will take. After 1/2hr being on line. We asked for the manager but the answer we got was there's nothing they can do. We then ask for the GM but The GM is not in the building. Seriously!!!! The so called managers who faced us kept saying there's nothing they can do? All the movies are on but the people are all outside waiting on line to purchase the tickets where as their systems are down & cannot print out tickets. They told us to purchase the tickets online which I did & even the online system is down. Finally after an hour they said used either platinum card or cash purchased only. We bought 4 tickets for the 7:25p show. Not only that they didn't compensate us for waiting so long( like a free movie pass, discounted ticket prices, soda or pop corn for the inconvenience ) thinking we have a better seats but instead we are too close on the screen. Very very very poor customer service. Honestly if I was the manager. I will compensate each guest for a free movie voucher or for this scenario I will let them in since the systems are down.
