  • I was due to have a baby, and I was being induced a month early so I was scrambling to find a place I trusted to board my dogs. I've never boarded any of my animals so I was a bit nervous. I emailed a few places but heartstrings was the only one that actually seemed to care enough to respond to all of my questions and make me feel at ease. We called to schedule to have our dogs stay for 3 days and they were so friendly about it. We asked if something happened and we had to stay in the hospital longer if they would be okay with it and they were totally fine as long as they had room. Well, I was so sick with my pregnancy I had to be admitted to the hospital early and I was so relieved when we called and they said they would take our dogs early! We told them 3 days again but my son and I needed to stay an extra day and they again accommodated us. My husband picked them up and they were so happy! We have a German shepherd who's a bit nervous around bigger dogs and a mini Aussie with anxiety and heartstrings made sure they were still able to get play time and make them comfortable when introducing them to other dogs. I was so pleased with everything and would gladly use them again!
