rev:text	I had the pleasure of doing business with the infamous Ernie! I stopped by the shop and explained that I was about to embark on a cross country adventure from the southwest to the northeast! I asked him to just to change the brake pads and if he could give a quick glance to see if there was anything I needed to worry about for the trip. Ernie did check over my vehicle and to my surprise, he told me I didn't need brake pads, as I originally thought! He took me over to my car to let me see the condition of my brake pads but to also show me a couple other things that I needed to know about. His concern was my rotors being safe enough for the trip. I knew that I needed them but Ernie pointed out that there were certain requirements per highway patrol that I was not meeting! I really appreciate the time he took to "educate" me on the couple things that were needed and his patience in helping me to understand. Even more than that, I appreciated his honesty!! I did not walk away with the feeling of "being ripped off because I'm a woman". I wish there were more honest mechanics like Ernie!! Thank you so much Ernie!
